Alright, lets do this!
I tried to not take 50 photos of the lake.
Don't worry, I won't make this like pretentious or anything.
I am Griffn.
I haven't met anyone else with my name. People just tell me they know of one.
I have yet to meet him.
Please enjoy.

<---I draw alot. I'm supposed to, I think, I AM an art major after all. This is what's next to my desk. Believe me, I would have ALOT more up there if it didn't always fall off the wall. I should probably just get poster putty. There's also a wrapper for HERSHEY'S Symphony bar, which is just plain delicious, and also a mini flier for an art show. I just like how this looks like a bulletin board at some concert venue. I like how it's at an angle rather than head on. I've learned that can be a bad thing.... The lighting gives it a BIG hint that there's a camera present. I like it. It seems youthful. This is my shitty Rorschach mask for Halloween that I wore. It's mainly composed of pantyhose and fabric marker. I put this on my sketchbook just for a plain honest background. If you don't know who Rorschach is, that's fine. He's from Watchmen. Just think of a crime fighter, and that should help. I just like to think of this in fictional sense. As if, this crime fighter has thrown in the towel. The white is not only truthful, but sort of death related. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rorschach_%28comics%29 Here's a photo to help. ALOT of people were him for Halloween.

I am a DU. I am in Delta Upsilon. It is my fraternity, but that doesn't mean I am a douchebag. This is our crest. I had to put this on here because it's the most important thing I am involved with at this school. It's straight on just because I want it looking straight at you and look you in the eye.
These are my retainers. I just really really love my teeth. You could see the plaque as a sign of

me not using them, or just that they're very experienced. Haha. I put this on a white background just because I don't think you could see it very well if it was on something else. I like how it looks like an evidence photo and that there's hardly a shadow. (well duh, the lights right above it....)

This just looks like a face emerging from a tree. IT'S. JAWESOME.(OH YEA, I know what I said.) This relates to me just because I have an interest in exoskeletons and barriers. It really looks like a shell. For some reason I purposefully put the tree at the half way mark. Maybe just to look like the face was merging onto the other side. The side that's....NOT tree.

I like music. I like theses headphones. I like my common, black Sony brand headphones with my Zune, not an iPod.
I notice the way the phones' look GIANT, or at least, the mp3 looks super small.

Something so dumb looking tastes so delicious. I think the food America has is not the proudest thing to have. But it's so goddamn addictive. It takes discipline to not go to the food court 30 steps away and SWIPE a whole 6 inch sub. It almost seems magical. I had another shot of it on the side with oozing buffalo and ranch sauce, which looked cool, but it was a little out of focus. The head on shot was only picked because it was the only one that worked. I just wanted to show something that seemed like the textbook photo for 'BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN SUB.'

The nerdy part of me. Also, the 'oldschool' part of me. I mean, people have moved onto PS3 and Wii and 360 while I'm still one or two generations behind. Once again, looking at the dust means they aren't in use or they have experience. It's the latter. Those are used almost every other day. My roommate and I keep a good balance between school work and gaming. Thank god. I also just really like how there's chords everywhere. Kind of gives you the taste of the communication era.

For some reason, I like the word EMERGENCY. There's also something eerie about how the letters are deteriorating. This is the path I walk on at school just to walk. The path that I woke where my friends make the joke that instead of walking, I'm 'crimefighting.' There's just a cool connection between 'crimefighting' and seeing something that says 'emergency.' The way the branches stick out seem like they resemble....cobwebs maybe? Just kind of funny I guess.

I believe in God. I'm faithful. I don't go to church here because I have chapter meetings at the sunday time, and I either forget about the daytime services or want to sleep.
I just wanted to show the path going forward. I really apologize about the forward shots. I didn't see that coming. Sorry.
I really thought it was weird that the door was red. Looks kind of evil. Like...a door to church just shouldn't look like that. I think the beautiful church on the outside, leading with a red door to the inside shows a side of me that that certainly knows that I have my faults. Just like everyone else.

I just found this out on the parking lot sitting there. Just think: there's a couple out there who used all those condoms right then and there. Wow.
My friends know that I'm abstinent. With the phrase :Sex? FUCK THAT!" Hahahahahaha. So this is just kind of humorous. In drawings and other things I don't dodge that subject. I am a guy after all.
I just made the shot simple. It really does look like trash.

I've recently started a pin collection. I only wear three at a time though. I think that showing the whole collection makes each seem insignificant. This just shows my interest in design and TRENDY things. I don't know how this shot got so clear but I love it. I love the shine on the jacket, and that you can tell that the bottom pin says "ILL SCRATCH HIS EYES OUT!"

I say 'no' alot to people. I can be pretty frank. Over the years I've become more honest and enjoy giving people honest reasons to some CERTAIN things. I'm just confident in myself.
This composition is classic. With the sign on the right, and with open space to the left. The curving sidewalk gives your eye some movement.

A shot focusing on snow was (snow)bound to happen. Ho ho! But yea, I feel like this just emphasized endlessness and walking or journeying. I put the camera down close to the sidewalk and felt like I did all I can. It's so clear! It makes me happy. The brick wall shrinking keeps it together. The snow almost looks like the North Poles version of the Berlin Wall.
Thanks for viewing.
